Bridging the Digital
Divide |
What has been termed
"The Digital Divide" can only be addressed by
overturning educational disadvantages brought about by
fear of technology and the inability to master

A Work in Progress
The
mission of this developing program is to assist young adults,
particularly at-risk youth and the community obtain the skills
necessary to compete in today’s technological workplace.
The Village Project
intends to bridge the educational disadvantages brought about
by fear of technology and the inability to master it by
providing:
* computer technology training
center
* technology educational
opportunities *
access to electronic technology
training * recycling computers
program * in-home computer placement
initiative *
hands on technology experience
